Ingredients :
- 2 bunches of spinach
- 150 gr rice mushroom
- 35 grams of bean sprout
- 150 gr peeled shrimp
- 4 cloves of sliced garlic
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon flavor (optional)
- 600 cc of water + 1/2 tsp chicken broth
- Cooking oil to taste
- Saute garlic until fragrant, insert the shrimp. Stir until the color changes.
- Add water + chicken broth, mushroom, spinach, bean sprout, oyster sauce, pepper, salt, flavor. Stir well, remove.
